What We Do
At MindKey Global, we help businesses increase employee productivity by implementing effective human capital management solutions, focusing on software and process adaptation and implementation. We're the sales and consulting arm of MindKey Software A/S which, founded in 1998, is a software development enterprise that designs and builds innovative human capital management systems.
MindKey Global offers sales, consulting, and production support services for Microsoft Dynamics AX and MindKey HCM. Together, the two divisions offer products and services that help commpanies attract, develop, and retain human talent in alignment with business strategic goals.
Our Roots
Where We Come From
For almost a decade we developed Human Resources Management, Balanced Scorecard, Business Process Management, and Questionnaire solutions for Microsoft Dynamics™ AX.
The success of these products directly reflects the experience we’ve gained by collaborating with more than 600 partners to serve 1,800 companies in 40 countries around the globe.
In early 2005, we launched MindKey™ HCM, our award-winning Human Capital Management application that integrates talent management and performance management with business strategy in a consolidated, easy-to-use management tool.
We build our software on the Microsoft .Net platform and integrate with Microsoft Office products to ensure quality and longevity, and to provide users with interfaces familiar from Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Headquarters and Subsidiaries Serving Europe
MindKey Global's European headquarters are located in Vedbaek, Denmark, nestled comfortably in Solitude House, which is a former royal summer home that overlooks a small harbor just north of Copenhagen. Solitude House is home to MindKey the MindKey Software A/S Development division, and the EMEA arm of MindKey Global.
Our expert consultants evangelize the virtues of using Human Capital Management (HCM) processes to develop and align employee talents with business strategy, and deliver the one-two punch of effective processes backed by a purpose-built system for human resources management, talent management, and performance management.

First established in 2008, MindKey Global is now firmly positioned as the go-to experts in Human Resources and Payroll for Microsoft Dynamics AX.

The consultants at Composing help large Danish and international companies execute their business plans and strategies, and focus on improving performance organization wide. Their core business is successful execution and implementation of corporate strategies, such as performance, efficiency and rationalization, LEAN, HR, CRM and sales, and other major projects. Their scope and ambition is to make strategies and plans realistic and operational, but not to develop the strategies themselves, to ensure that words are successfully transformed into action and positive results.
