New Strategic Direction for MindKey Global Asia
As of February 1st, 2010, MindKey Global Asia has discontinued its activities surrounding the sale, implementation, and support for Microsoft Dynamics AX. This move fully aligns the Asian organization with greater MindKey Global, which made the shift earlier in the fourth quarter of 2009.
This is a natural part of the evolution of general business strategy that MindKey Global began in the spring of 2007, when it sold the Human Resource Management and Questionnaire modules for Microsoft Dynamics AX to Microsoft, and is effective immediately for the MindKey Global Asia organization. Existing Microsoft Dynamics AX customers are being transferred to various Microsoft partners.
MindKey Global, from its offices in Copenhagen, New York, and Hong Kong, will concentrate exclusively on implementing human capital management solutions, with the company's primary product, MindKey™ HCM, at the core of the business.
All MindKey Group subsidiary companies and employees are being consolidated with MindKey Software A/S, which has its headquarters in Enrum House (in Vedbæk, just north of Copenhagen).
